With 20 years of experience in the environmental sector, Chandra Tomaras leads initiatives focused on environmental sustainability, air quality management, and climate change resilience. Her role in developing the city’s Energy Transition Strategy and Climate Resilience Adaptation Strategy has been pivotal in advancing Edmonton toward a low-carbon and climate resilient future. Chandra is a Professional Engineer, and has a Bachelors of Law and a BSc in Environmental Systems Engineering.
