The iDoc workshop at IPCC will showcase the knowledge of scientists, cities, activists, policymakers, and citizens by probing possible energy systems futures and technologies envisioned by Future Energy Systems (FES) teams. The intermedia documentary process began just six months ago and is already generating multidisciplinary discussion. iDoc research mobilizes an updated social science methodology known as the Fogo Process, first used by the National Film Board. The Fogo method reciprocally shares recorded discussions among relevant community members, policy-makers, and researchers to move towards resolution of seemingly intractable problems.
